Heb je een uitstekend oog voor zinvolle gebruikerservaringen? En kruip jij graag in de huid van gebruikers voor een perfecte UX en UI?

Als UX/UI Expert bij iO vertaal je in het in-house team van de klant ideeën naar **wireframes** en **visuele designs**. Jij zorgt ervoor dat er een **heldere, onderbouwde en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossing** met de nodige documentatie en alle specificaties op tafel komt.

Omdat je op locatie gaat werken, draai je mee in het **in-house team** van de klant. Je schakelt en luistert naar de wensen van (eind)gebruikers en weet daar een zinvolle analyses op los te laten. Je stelt de juiste vragen en, als dat nodig is, organiseer je workshops of gebruikerstests. Afhankelijk van jouw sterktes, leg jij de focus meer op concepting of juist de uitwerking van digitale prototypes en designs in de huisstijl van het bedrijf waar je zit.

Wat je meebrengt als UX/UI Expert - Consultant
- Je bent bedreven in UX-design, informatie-architectuur en responsive design best practices (mobile-first);
- Op de vragen die development teams over jouw designs en wireframes hebben, weet je zo het antwoord;
- Je schenkt de nodige aandacht aan accessibility en usability;
- Je bent creatief met grafische ontwerpen in digitale omgevingen en bedreven in vector artwork en iconografie. Je kan goed werken in moderne design tools zoals Sketch en Figma;
- Je kan zelfstandig een sterke visuele stijl ontwikkelen voor websites en apps, al dan niet op basis van bestaande brandbooks;
- Je bent communicatief, kunt goed presenteren en spreekt en schrijft foutloos Nederlands en Engels;
- De kop van jouw carrière is eraf en hebt in je eerste job een mooi portfolio opgebouwd dat jouw skills weergeeft.
