**Main tasks**:

- Interaction Design: The UX Designer will design UX personas, user journeys and experience models to optimize the functional experience of the GPSB systems.
- Visual Design: The UX Designer will analyse visual or style elements such as colour, composition, layout, typography, iconography, photography, and illustration to identify how to improve the design and content of the GPSB systems.
- UX Writing: The UX Designer will work on labelling, instructional copy, error copy, help text and descriptive text.
- Information Architecture: The UX Designer will propose improvements to the structure through a logical sitemap, taxonomy, and indexing system to facilitate navigation, selection, comprehension, and overall usability of a product.
- Coordination: The UX Designer will coordinate with other teams on Documentation, Change Management and Business Processes to ensure consistency and harmonization of content across platforms, the correct representation of the Business Models in the system, and consistent labelling inside and outside of the system.
- In addition to the above tasks, the UX Designer will produce recommendations and suggestions based on the inputs received and will review existing and foreseen (mock-ups) screens, prototypes, flows, and designs.

**Your profile**:

- Very good knowledge of interaction and visual design principles and best practices.
- Very good knowledge of information architecture and navigation design.
- Good knowledge of design thinking and problem-solving methodologies, UX writing and content design principles.
- Understanding of user research methods and techniques.
- Understanding of front-end development languages and frameworks and of web and mobile app development processes.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools in general.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design.
- At least 3 years of experience in information technology
- At least 6 years of experience as a UX consultant, UX researcher, Digital communicator or equivalent
- A portfolio that shows the ability to work across various industries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with UI Design tools - Sketch, Adobe Suite XD or equivalent
- Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML, CSS, SEO, web analytics)
- Knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, interaction (Balsamiq)

**Requirements**:
Level of education corresponding to Level 7 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a master degree of 5 years.

At least 9 years of professionnal experience, 3 in IT and 6 as an UI Expert/Analyst
