**Your tasks**:

- Producing/maintaining training material (wiki pages, collaborative site pages, etc.) as well as writing IS online help;
- Configuring and testing the system for the training scenarios to be used;
- Organizing and giving training/coaching sessions (users and support services);
- Provide guidance using social networks;
- Support users in the review process of the documentation;
- Follow-up tickets;
- QA review of training material and ensure that it meets the training scope defined;
- Review videos and audio recordings;
- Create and maintain standards and processes;
- Publish material while adhering to publication and privacy standards.

**Requirements**:

- University degree combined with 15 years of working experience in IT;
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in online education or training, preferably in designing and implementing professional education products;
- Excellent knowledge of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices;
- Very good knowledge of building training material and coaching experience;
- Proficient understanding of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices, including interactive online teaching methods;
- Proven ability to collaborate on a shared project plan and meet deadlines;
- Capability to write clear and structured documents;
- Ability to participate in technical meetings;
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira would be an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
