Service Now Expert

On behalf of our client we are searching for a Service Now Expert to perform:
- Conduct functional analysis of business requirements and processes
- Define user requirements
- Contribute to the improvement of Institution's service performance and quality, and increase the organization's IT Service Management maturity level
- Establish a continuous service and process management improvement mechanism/process
- Implement ServiceNow, a Self Service portal, and migrate data from the client's current ITSM platform
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
- At least 6 years of professional IT experience
- Expert knowledge in guiding and executing Service Now implementations in medium/large scale organizations (minimum of 3000 end-users)
- Extensive experience in leading and implementing the design of databases in ServiceNow, including identification, validation, and implementation (lead) of required CI classes, attributes, and integrations with third-party systems for maintaining the information in the CMDB
- ServiceNow Certification is mandatory (ServiceNow Fundamentals, Scripting in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) - Proficiency in JavaScript
- Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML5, and CSS
- ITIL knowledge/certification - Knowledge of XML and structural concepts
- ITSM product Certified Consultant or Administrator level is a plus
- Experience in Active Directory, MS Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008R2, VMWare, HyperV, and protocols such as LDAP, SSL, HTTPS, SMTP, IMAP, is advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
