Functional analysis of business requirements and business processes
- Definition of user requirements
- Contribute in the improvement of the performance and quality of Institution's services and raise the organisation maturity in IT Service Management
- Setting up the mechanism/ process enabling continuous service and process management improvement
- Implement ServiceNow, along with a Self Service portal and data migration from client's current ITSM platform
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of professional IT experience
- Expert knowledge in guiding and realizing Service Now implementations in medium/ large scale organizations (min. 3000 end users)
- Extended experience in leading and realizing the design and implementation of DBs in ServiceNow, including identification, validation and implementation (lead) of required CI classes, attributes as well as required integrations with third-party systems allowing to feed and maintain the information in the CMDB
- ServiceNow Certification is mandatory (ServiceNow Fundamentals, Scripting in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer).
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML5 and CSS
- ITIL knowledge/certification
- Knowledge of XML and structural concepts
- ITSM product Certified Consultant or Administrator level is an asset.
- Experience on the following would be considered as asset:
- Active Directory
- MS Windows Server 2003,2008, 2008R2
- VMWare, HyperV
- Protocols: LDAP, SSL, HTTPS, SMTP, IMAP
- Very good written and spoken English is required.
