**Wat ga je doen?**:
Voor onze klant te Berchem zijn we op zoek naar Nederlandstalige customer advisors voor de Telecom afdeling. Als customer advisor van Telecom wordt er verwacht dat je communicatief sterk bent en dat je het Nederlands perfect beheerst. Je bent oplossingsgericht en tevens ben je commercieel ingesteld. Jouw taak als customer advisor is het behandelen van de administratieve vragen betreffende facturen. Je zal tevens commerciële opportuniteiten benutten.

- Je hebt een perfecte taalkennis Nederlands.
- Je geeft klanten de ultieme klantenervaring.
- Je toont empathie en je bent klantvriendelijk, dat maken van jou de perfecte customer advisor.
- Je bent flexibel zowel naar uren als naar werk toe.
- Je bent stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld.
- Je kan vlot werken met een PC.
**Talenkennis**: Nederlands
**Wat bieden wij jou?**:
- Je krijgt een betaalde opleiding gedurende twee weken om klaargestoomd te worden als customer advisor.
- Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk salaris op basis van uw bestaande beroepservaring (PC 200).
- Je werkt tussen 08.00 - 20.00 van maandag tot vrijdag en op zaterdag van 09.00 tot 17.30.
- Thuiswerken wordt mogelijk nadat je ingewerkt bent mits je in het bezit van een recente laptop met camera, headset en bekabelde internetaansluiting.
