Konvert est à la recherche d'un Customer Care Advisor. Notre client est principalement spécialisé dans les assurances et est actuellement à la recherche de nouveaux collègues.

Venez travailler au sein du Customer Care Centre, le cœur battant de l'organisation
En tant que Customer Care Advisor, vous serez le premier point de contact de nos clients lorsqu'ils ont un sinistre sur leur appareil. Vous serez là pour les rassurer et les guider tout au long du processus de soumission de leur réclamation.

Votre tâche consiste à guider chaque client tout au long du processus, étape par étape, et à l'informer des étapes suivantes. Vous lui demandez comment est né le sinistre afin d'évaluer précisément le dossier. Vous complétez ensuite le dossier du client avec tous les détails corrects.

Vous vous efforcez de tout faire le mieux possible, afin que chaque client n'ait besoin que d'un seul moment de contact. Si un suivi ultérieur est encore nécessaire, vous aidez le client du mieux que vous pouvez en lui fournissant les bonnes informations.

Vous avez également de bonnes connaissances administratives et vous actualisez complètement le dossier du client, de sorte que vos collègues soient parfaitement au courant lorsqu'ils consultent le dossier.
**Vereiste kwalificaties**
- Des connaissances en matière d'assurance sont un atout
- Une connaissance technique des smartphones et des appareils multimédias est requise
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes motivé(e)
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais (tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit)
- Vous aimez les contacts téléphoniques fréquents avec les clients
