We are looking for a motivated and passionate intern to join our Wellbeing & Data Psychology team in September. You will have the opportunity to participate in our exciting project on psychosocial risk analysis.

This project aims to assess the psychosocial factors within our company and implement measures to improve the well-being of our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your analytical skills to define relevant socio-demographic questions for our survey.
- Understand the objectives and aspirations of this survey and contribute to the collection of meaningful data to obtain insightful results.
- Attend numerous engaging meetings with external experts, psychologists, the internal prevention department, and the communications team.
- Actively participate in the survey launch and contribute to its implementation.
- Contribute to the creation of an innovative action plan based on the results of the psychosocial risk analysis.

**Your Profile**

**Requirements**:

- Be a master's student in psychology, with a strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, pragmatism, and autonomy, while keeping a level-headed approach.
- Have a natural ability to work well with others and manage stakeholders with tact and diplomacy.
- Strictly adhere to confidentiality and discretion when handling confidential company data.
- Proficiency in Dutch, with a good knowledge of the second national language.

Duration:

- 6 months
- 3 days per week (flexible)
