**Mission**: Le Project Manager a la responsabilité de gérer et mener à bonne fin les projets de rénovation et de nouvelles constructions (projets variables par leurs tailles et natures).
**Respect du planning**: (établissement du planning détaillé du projet, mise à jour suivant avancement du projet, etc...
**Respect du budget**: établissement du budget détaillé des travaux, vérification et suivi des données financières, etc..
**Gestion administrative**: établissement d'un classeur projet reprenant les données du projet (études techniques et PV de réunion, budget, planning, commande, factures entreprises, etc..).
**Sécurité des biens et personnes**: prise en compte des aspects sécurité - incendie, risques techniques, port des moyens de protection individuelle.. etc, tout au long du projet (études et chantier de réalisation). Collaboration et prises d'avis auprès du conseiller interne en prévention.
