You would also need to train them to ensure they understand the restaurant's culture and expectations. - Managing day-to-day operations: overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring food and beverage quality. - Ensuring exceptional customer service: Setting the standard so that customers have an exceptional dining experience. - Ensuring profitability: Managing the restaurant's finances, including monitoring revenue and expenses, creating budgets, and implementing strategies to improve profitability. - Marketing and promotions: You would work with the marketing team to create and implement promotions and marketing strategies. **What we need from you?**: You will have a strong understanding of the unique flavours and cooking techniques that make Italian cuisine so special, and you will be able to use that knowledge to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
