You’ll ensure each brand stands out, both online and offline, and that their unique stories reach the right audiences.

**A look behind the scenes of your role**:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape the positioning and communication of our three brands. You’ll translate strategic objectives into concrete, creative actions that appeal to guests, companies, and partners.

Your responsibilities:

- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for Courtyard, Scala, and Arno, aligned with Marriott International’s brand identity and our local ambitions.
- Set up promotions and actions related to accommodation, FB, meetings, and events.
- Analyze marketing data (e.g., website traffic, booking figures, social engagement) and adjust where needed.
- Maintain relationships with press, influencers, and strategic partners in the hospitality and events sector.
- Oversee photo shoots, video productions, and branding projects.
- Collaborate closely with our commercial team for maximum impact.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing; experience within hospitality, gastronomy, or event marketing is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Hotel Management, or a similar field.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- A creative mind with analytical insight and a passion for brand experience.
