Marketing Manager

As our first dedicated marketing professional, you will own and coordinate all marketing efforts, transforming a wealth of possibilities into a clear, actionable strategy and plan. You’ll leverage your broad marketing knowledge, organizational skills, and network to build, prioritize, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, roll up their sleeves, and directly contribute to execution while leading marketing efforts.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**Strategic**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and growth objectives.
- Prioritize and coordinate marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with overall company objectives.
- Define key messages, target audiences, and brand positioning (in collaboration with the GTM team).
- Create clear processes and workflows to streamline marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs to continuously optimize efforts and demonstrate ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategies proactively.

**Operational**:

- Work closely with a designer to create top-notch work, while ensuring our brand guidelines are followed consistently.
- Manage and expand a network of freelancers and agencies, ensuring high-quality execution of specialized tasks.
- Ensure our website is always up to date by managing content updates in our CMS, optimizing the website for SEO and monitoring the site performance.
- Manage our social media channels.
- Organize and coordinate events and webinars to help us become a thought leader. In order to maximize impact from these events, you budget, plan, prepare, execute, and follow-up accordingly.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS marketing
- Proven experience building and executing marketing plans in dynamic environments.
- Strong ability to prioritize and make decisions in an ambiguous setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or equivalents).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
