**Function Description**:
**1. CUSTOMER CONTACT**:
Knows the customers, their activities, their sector and their relationship with the bank.
**2. INFORMATION TRANSMISSION**:
Gathers information to support Relationship Managers, on a preparatory and administrative level, in their tasks of acquisition/prospecting and granting credit.
**3. COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATION**:
Ensures the execution of administrative tasks arising from the various customer and prospect contacts in order to guarantee an adequate and precise constitution of the file as well as an introduction into the various systems.
**4. COMPLIANCE & OPERATIONAL RISK**:
As a client employee and within the framework of Risk & Compliance Management, he/she undertakes to observe Compliance directives, to provide correct and transparent information to internal/external clients and to be compliant in terms of discretion, respect for personal data, rules relating to anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism and to follow the various legislations (MiFID)
**Required experience / knowledge**
At least 3 years of experience
**Technical Experience**:
- **Minimum 1-3 years of professional banking experience, preferably**acquired in a sales department (branch network) or in the functional credit department.
- **Good experience in MS Office**
- **Familiar with several IT Tools**
**Business Experience**:
**Good working knowledge of**banking products and services, skills and**financial analysis**.**
**Soft Skills**:
