Op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke job als Office Coördinator in Sint-Martens-Latem? Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt binnen drie verschillende kantoren in Gent. Ga jij de uitdaging aan?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alles wat betreft facility (wagenparkbeheer, verzekeringen, poetsdienst, kantoormateriaal,...)
- Ook personeelsadministratie behoort tot jouw takenpakket. Hierbij sta je ook in voor de onboarding van nieuwe collega's en breng je hen wegwijs tijdens de eerste dagen.
- Je biedt allround administratieve support aan de 2 zaakvoerders en denkt met hen mee op vlak van administratieve processen.
- Je staat in voor de communicatie, organisatie en structuur van 3 verschillende kantoren.

**Profiel**

Ben jij de ideale Office Coördinator voor dit vastgoedkantoor in Sint-Martens-Latem?

Je bezit een bachelor diploma en je kan terugblikken op enkele jaren relevante ervaring als spilfiguur van een organisatie.

Je kan vlot overweg met Apple-besturingssystemen, sharepoint en dropbox.

Je implementeert graag processen en je bent 'n multitasker. Bovendien ben je discreet en administratief sterk.

Als Office Coördinator kan je rekenen op:

- een heel fijne werkomgeving in Sint-Martens-Latem, maar hierbij ben je ook af en toe afwezig in de andere 2 vestiging in ruime regio Gent
- een voltijdse job met een 40-urenweek.
- thuiswerk kan maximaal 1 dag/week.
- tijdens kerst & nieuw ga je er samen met de collega's een weekje tussen uit. Ook de laatste 2 weken van juli is het kantoor collectief gesloten. De andere verlofdagen kan je vrij opnemen.
