Care Parts Shipping Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Care Parts Shipping Coordinator who is responsible for the parts shipping administration and reporting to the Order Processing & Shipping Manager

JBT in Sint Niklaas where this position sits, we are in the unique position of being able to offer extensive thermal process expertise regarding virtually all low and high acid foods in nearly every type of sterilizing system and every type of package, by virtue of our position as a recognized thermal process authority. Our Research and Technology Centre in Sint Niklaas assists with Process Validation, Process Development, Container Performance Studies and Training.

**would look like this **

You will be...
- Invoicing and related documentation for Base Parts orders through the ERP system
- Handling Logistic details for orders in automated Freight Booking Systems
- Communicating Transport instructions to Forwarders
- Preparing Export documentation and comply with Export Formalities
- In charge of the verification of all Freight Invoices (both import & export)
- Maintaining and improving filing system
- Backuping Care Projects and New Equipment administration and shipments
- Communicating with Spare Parts Dpt., Purchasing, Inventory and Packing Dpt. (exchange of information and documents)
- Choosing a Forwarding Company and best shipping method
- issuing correct instructions to forwarders/transport companies for exports and imports
- reviewing and critical follow-up of transport pricing

Qualifications:

- We would like you to have what's listed below, however we are super keen on diversity in the workplace - if you have something transferable come and tell us about it
- Spoken and written communication in English, Dutch, French, (other languages are assets)
- Ability to co-operate with and relate well to all levels in the organization and with customers
- Experience in in Logistic function is considered strong asset
- Interest to grow function in evolving world of Logistics and International Trade
- Flexibility to cope with changing plans, unexpected situations
- Administrative accuracy
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP)
