You will join an IT division and be at the heart of the development projects of our information system

The organizational context is hybrid and agile transformation is ongoing. Projects are managed, depending on the context, either in waterfall mode either in agile mode.

We are currently looking for an **IT Portfolio manager/Teal Lead**.

You will join and head the 'Windows' team within the EB-ESES department of the Group Business Solutions Division

You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of Distributed developments and contributions of the team to business projects. The team covers a wide range of business areas, and also includes the Windows Prism Team. You will be part of the management team of the CMR & Windows Roadmap, reporting to the Roadmap manager.

**Your main activities**:
People Management
- Day-to-day people management of the team
- Active contribution to the transversal management activities (i.e. improve climate survey result, continuous improvement,...)
- Manage project leaders / scrum masters and PRISM team lead, providing direction, and support

Delivery Management
- Develop, optimise and maintain project portfolio plans and forecasts in line with business strategy, including resource requirements, costs, risks and their mitigations and dependencies with other projects/portfolio
- Ensure executability of the portfolio, ensure the consistency cross projects in your domain
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your customers, providing advice, guidance and options with regards to IT investments
- Be a central point of contact for escalation on the projects in your portfolio (internal/cross divisional)
- Manage risk, issue and change control processes for the portfolio
- Ensure adherence of project to the Euroclear internal standards (methodology & tools) and ensure proper project management approach is used

Vision and Strategy
- Define a vision and strategy for evolution of the team and technologies covered by the team. More specifically, execute the transformation of the remaining part of the team towards the agile principles.
- Define a compelling case and find agreement with key stakeholders
- Execute that vision (creation of expertise, change in skills,)
- Regularly review and update the strategy

**Qualifications**:

- min. 8 years experience in a project management role or equivalent, or portfolio management experience
- proven team leading skills
- proven people management skills (including appraisals, objective setting, staff coaching and training)
- knowledge of Euroclear business domains and good technical understanding
- excellent communication skills at all levels, from staff members to senior management level
- ability to manage outsourcing supplier
- ability to establish and maintain trust
- ability to manage changes, deal with conflicting priorities, and resist to stress
- strong negotiation skills, conflict management and influencing skills at different levels of management
- effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities while maintaining overall control
- assertiveness to drive tasks to completion
- self-managing, self-motivated
- fluent in English
