**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in working in an IT Managed Services delivery organization
- Good understanding of IT Service Delivery, particularly of In-Service-Support phase
- Solid experience in developing or administering IT services cost models, cost types and service prices
- Understand IT jargon as well as having a business acumen
- Experience in working in commercial (or customer funded) environment with service level agreements and service support requirements
- Very good in development and maintenance of spreadsheets, and understanding and user knowledge of databases (e.g. MS Access), outstanding experience with working with a big financial data
- Good in delivering output where the dependency on other teams/branches
- Business process automation previous experience
**Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
**DUTIES/ROLE
- Support the Service Portfolio and Catalogue Management team in the development and the validation of the Agency Service Rates for its IT services
- Communication with different Service Lines for obtaining further justification on services pricing and description
- Maintain service rate breakdown spreadsheets
- Support analysis on customer and service projects, budgetary impact, Service Lines revenue
- Collaboration with Service Lines on services cost model and improvement in cost types identification and quantification
- Support the business process and workflows automation efforts
