Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is a well-established and progressive defense contracting company in the Northern Virginia area just a few miles south of the Pentagon. We are a professional services firm established in 1972 that has a long-standing reputation for unrivaled technical and analytical support to some of the top decision makers in the Federal Sector. We do state of the art work and have a cadre of outstanding professionals on our team.
SPA has an immediate need for a Service Portfolio Management
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Service Portfolio and Catalogue Management team in the development and the validation of the Agency Service Rates for its IT services
- Communication with different Service Lines for obtaining further justification on services pricing and description
- Maintain service rate breakdown spreadsheets
- Support analysis on customer and service projects, budgetary impact, Service Lines revenue
- Collaboration with Service Lines on services cost model and improvement in cost types identification and quantification
- Support the business process and workflows automation efforts
Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**
- Experience in working in an IT Managed Services delivery organisation. Has a good understanding of IT Service Delivery, particularly of In-Service-Support phase.
- Solid experience in developing or administering IT services cost models, cost types and service prices.
- Understands IT jargon as well as having a business acumen. Experience in working in commercial (or customer funded) environment with service level agreements and service support requirements.
- Very good in development and maintenance of spreadsheets, and understanding and user knowledge of databases (e.g. MS Access), outstanding experience with working with a big financial data.
- Excellent communication skills. Good in delivering output where the dependency on other teams/branches.
- Business process automation previous experience
- National from one of the 30 NATO Nations
- In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance
