At ISATI we have a wide variety of opportunities and, on this occasion, we are looking for a person to fill the position with a TOOLING PROJECT LEADER at one of our client's projects in Belgium.

If you want to turn your career around and make the leap to a position where your mission will be to supply and maintain functional, high-performance tooling, this is the perfect opportunity for youYou will be part of the Quality Management organization, reporting to the Plant Quality Manager.

Responsibilities and functions of the position:
You will be the engineer who incorporates the industrial invariants and the means of production of the plants, within the defined deadlines and budgets and respecting the defined methodologies:

- Project management;
- Definition of tooling budget and schedule;
- Participation in the subcontracting of tooling in collaboration with Purchasing;
- Supervision of manufacturing at subcontractors;
- Responsible for out-of-tool and out-of-process;
- Tooling methodology.
- Within the plant division: maintenance, modification, improvement and tooling expertise;
- Within the cross-functional division: tooling methodology (administrative) and tooling requirements gathering.

You will be in direct contact with the entire plant, and in particular with: production, CoP, maintenance, purchasing, quality, health and safety department, foreign exchange traders, industrial project manager, programme manager, design office departments, stress, certification testing and M&P.

You will draw up the project budget, plan resources and project milestones, report to the client and monitor the project in terms of quality, costs and deadlines. And it could also be possible to manage small teams

Externally, you will have direct contact with customers, tooling subcontractors, subsidiaries and certification bodies.

All communications, as well as day-to-day business, will be in French and English.

What profile are we looking for?:

- Industrial engineering with an electromechanical, mechanical or other orientation, or equivalent experience;
- 2 to 5 years' experience in tooling industrialisation or similar;
- English and French minimum level B2.

Technical skills:

- English and French minimum level B2;
- CATIA V5;
- Strength of materials;
- Functional tolerances;
- Drawing rules;
- Good 3D representation and ability to conceptualise and express ideas in sketches;
- Knowledge of tool making methods;
- Project management;
- MS Office.

Soft skills:

- Communication skills;

- Initiative;
- Problem solving.
