At CIOC Energy, we accelerate the energy transition by helping businesses manage their energy smarter. With our **Energy Management System (EMS)**, we optimize batteries, installations, and consumption profiles so that customers can cut costs, reduce their carbon footprint, and create flexibility on the energy grid. This opens the door for more renewable energy.

Who are you?
- You are an **organizational talent** who enjoys keeping projects on track.
- You like building strong relationships with customers and understand that a happy customer is the best ambassador.
- You hold a **university or college degree** and have at least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, or account management.
- You are curious, **solution-oriented**, and comfortable with interpreting data when needed.
- You are enthusiastic about contributing to the **energy transition** and want a role where you can make real impact.
- You are fluent in **English and Dutch** (spoken and written).
Your role
As Customer Success Manager, you are the link between our customers, partners, and technical team. You make sure everything runs smoothly - from onboarding to long-term customer success.
Your responsibilities:
- **Onboarding**new customers: coordinate with customers and partners to ensure seamless EMS implementation.
- **Training & guidance**: ensure users understand our platform and can quickly get value from it.
- **Customer success**: monitor performance, respond to customer needs, and ensure high satisfaction.
- **Optimization**: analyze performance together with colleagues and suggest improvements or add-ons.
- **Process improvement**: help scale our customer success processes as our customer base grows.
