**Your Role**:
As a Customer Success Manager at StriveCloud, you’ll play a central role in crafting success stories for our clients, focusing on our gamification software. You’ll closely collaborate with our team, attentively listening to our clients’ needs and translating them into actionable projects. From guiding them through onboarding to providing ongoing support, you’ll ensure their journey is seamless and rewarding. Your responsibilities extend to creating tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, leveraging our gamification expertise and product knowledge.

**Who are we looking for?**:
- You have a growth mindset and are eager to excel and advance quickly in your role
- You possess strong listening skills and can effectively translate customer feedback into clear, actionable tasks
- You are familiar with software development processes and can manage project timelines with precision
- You are passionate about gamification and have a genuine interest in the startup world
- You have a strong affinity and willingness to develop technical skills related to software and SaaS products
- Experience with project management tools, content management systems (CMS), and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer success, project management, or account management is a plus
