- What you will do- Collaborate with internal team, external partners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Assist in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and other related documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies.

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- First experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development technologies.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or related certifications.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with integrations using RESTful APIs, web services, and data import/export techniques.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and ServiceNow APIs.
- First experience or knowledge of ServiceNow development and customization.
