EQUANS, de nieuwe naam van ENGIE Solutions in België, is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Project Excellence Coach voor Brussel.De functie van een projectleider van vandaag vormt een echte uitdaging. Het Quality & Operation Excellence team van EQUANS BeLux is bereid om de Business te ondersteunen bij het bereiken van operational excellence.Een gestructureerde opstart en een degelijke opvolging van onze projecten is de sleutel tot een succesvolle projectoplevering.

Als Project Excellence Coach zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor:
de praktische uitvoering van de normen, processen en procedures voor projectbeheer

de coaching en mentoring van onze projectleiders en stakeholders inzake projectbeheerprocessen, -procedures en -templates

bijstand bij de opstart van het project

uitwisseling van operationele beste praktijken

analyse van trends en aanbeveling van projectbeheerimplementaties/-verbeteringen om systemische problemen, geleerde lessen en ontwikkelingen in de sector aan te pakken

ondersteuning van de opzet van het formele evaluatieproces van het projectbeheer met het oog op voortdurende verbetering

de gemeenschap van projectleiders inspireren

Je rapporteert aan de Head of Quality & Operational Excellence.

Jouw talenten

masterdiploma in toegepaste economie, management, handelsingenieur

relevante ervaring in diverse projectbeheerfuncties (bij voorkeur aan aannemerszijde) met een minimum van 5 jaar

goed inzicht in de levenscyclus van projecten en het kennisdomein projectbeheer (met name reikwijdte, planning, kosten, kwaliteit en risicobeheer)

vertrouwd met PMBOK (PMI-certificering is een pluspunt)

als persoon ben je een open communicator met sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden

je bent een organisatietalent en je kan mensen ertoe aanzetten hun projecten op een gestructureerde manier te beheren met behulp van projectmethodologieën

je bent resultaatgericht en je weet gemakkelijk aansluiting te vinden bij de projectteams

ten slotte spreek je ook vlot Nederlands en Frans en heb je tevens een goede kennis van het Engels
