Sales Consultant
Part-Time (19 hours per week)

Nothing is more important to Wolford's success than the people who want to contribute to it. To strengthen our Wolford Boutiques in the country, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and fashion-conscious person as Sales Consultant (f/m/d)
As part of our team, you will accompany our customers on their journey into the world of Wolford. With charisma and a natural enthusiasm for luxury goods, you will provide expert individual advice to our customers and offer them a unique shopping experience.

**Your Tasks**:

- Offering outstanding advice and close support to our international clientele
- Attracting new customers for our customer retention program and informing customers about our latest promotion and boutique campaigns
- Merchandise management and in-store merchandising
- Remote selling via WhatsApp
- Arranging the store and creating an exceptional customer experience
- Processing information via MS office
- Cash register

**Your Profile**:

- 2-4 years of relevant shopping experience
- Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends
- Understanding of retail KPIs
- Strong sales skills
- You are willing to work flexibly
- You are reliable, even in stressful situations
- You have a proactive and independent attitude with a well-developed sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of English is a must. Any other language is an advantage
