As a Fire Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for managing new files from A to Z and ensuring the correct processing of current returns.
Your tasks include:
- Execution of an analysis of the declaration and the suffered damage;
- Management of the file: communication (via mail & phone), calling in of experts, etc.;
- Checking the concluded contract conditions;
- taking decisions concerning the file with regard to the right of recourse;

**Profile**
- You have a bachelor's degree in insurance or law, or equivalent through experience;
- A first experience in claims management is a plus;
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good basic knowledge of French;
- You are quick to make new contacts and are empathetic;
- You like to work independently, but are also a real team player;
- You are organized and stress resistant.
