Uw missieAls Director Claims – Property & Liability ben je strategisch en operationeel verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de schadedossiers “Property & Liability” binnen AXA Belgium.Je stuurt de expertenteams en managers van de afdeling aan, garandeert technische en operationele uitmuntendheid in de schadebehandeling en draagt actief bij aan de algemene prestaties van de divisie P&C Corporate.Jouw rol situeert zich in het hart van de transformatie van AXA: digitalisering van processen, versterking van de servicekwaliteit en streven naar efficiëntie ten voordele van onze klanten en partners.Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkhedenDe strategie voor Claims binnen de branches Property en Liability definiëren, implementeren en opvolgen, in lijn met de algemene visie van P&C Corporate.De kwaliteit, coherentie en naleving van de schadebehandelingspraktijken binnen het volledige domein waarborgen, met bijzondere aandacht voor klanttevredenheid en kostenbeheersing.De operationele prestaties opvolgen aan de hand van kernindicatoren (servicekwaliteit, doorlooptijden, kosten, recuperaties, fraude, NPS).Multidisciplinaire teams van hoog niveau aansturen en ontwikkelen, met nadruk op samenwerking, kennisdeling en empowerment.Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van processen en de implementatie van innovatieve oplossingen in samenwerking met de teams Ops, Data, Opex en Distribution.AXA Belgium vertegenwoordigen in interne en externe sectororganen, en zorgen voor een vlotte en constructieve communicatie met onze partners, makelaars en klanten.Een sleutelfiguur zijn in de culturele en organisatorische transformatie van de Claims-afdeling.Jouw profielMaster in rechten, verzekeringen, economie of financiën (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).Minstens 15 jaar relevante ervaring in niet-levensverzekeringen, bij voorkeur in het beheer van Property & Liability-schades.Uitstekende kennis van de technische, juridische en financiële aspecten van schadebeheer.Inspirerend leiderschap, strategisch inzicht en resultaatgerichtheid.Teamgerichte ingesteldheid, klantgerichtheid en het vermogen om verandering te sturen in een complexe omgeving.Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
