Als Business Process Specialist speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van onze bedrijfsprocessen. Je faciliteert workshops, ondersteunt teams om verbeteracties te identificeren en draagt bij aan een cultuur van continu verbeteren.

**Jouw missie**:

- Optimaliseren en documenteren van bedrijfsprocessen met focus op transversale projecten, waaronder processen gelinkt aan payroll.
- Workshops organiseren en faciliteren met stakeholders om processen helder uit te schrijven, quick wins te identificeren en verbeteracties te prioriteren.
- Vanuit een coachende rol bijdragen aan procesreflex en dynamiek van continu verbeteren.
- Een globale aanpak voor business process management opzetten die onze strategische doelen ondersteunt.

**Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je verzamelt input, enthousiasmeert teams, en stimuleert constructieve discussies.
- Analyseren en optimaliseren van processen met een kritische en gestructureerde aanpak.
- Zelfstandig documenteren van processen en identificeren van verbeterpunten.
- Samenwerken met stakeholders om oplossingen te valideren en implementeren.
- Coachen en ondersteunen van teams in het ontwikkelen van een continu verbeteringsproces.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en hebt een sterke wil om zaken te verbeteren.
- Ervaring in het faciliteren van workshops en het enthousiasmeren van deelnemers.
- Je combineert een analytische geest met een gestructureerde aanpak om processen nauwkeurig te documenteren.
- Je kan zelfkritisch nadenken en durft anderen constructief uit te dagen.
- Je hebt affiniteit met business process management, Lean, en continu verbeteren.
- Je bent in staat om professioneel te communiceren in zowel het Frans als het Nederlands.
