**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Owner (Product Owner) to drive the roadmap and implementation of our data platform vision. Atlas Copco Compressor Technique has taken its data and analytics capabilities and maturity to a next level. A renewed future vision for our modern data platform has been defined (internally defined as “Intelligence Hub”). This vision includes major steps in our practices with regard to data ingestion strategies, data storage and processing techniques, data governance and ownership, data security, taking new milestones regarding use of data catalogs, pipeline monitoring, analytics capabilities, and more. The platform will significantly leverage Azure and SAP based data and analytics (cloud) technologies and infrastructure in order to support our business better in various projects and programs. (Business Intelligence, Self Service Analytics, Machine Learning, IoT, Streaming Data, Artificial Intelligence, Data science, Data Driven Process Integration )

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**

**Business, stakeholders, and team alignment**
- You know your stakeholders and your value proposition. You talk to the divisions and the relevant business entities and their departments to understand their data and analytics needs.
- You are responsible for managing the data platform roadmap and priorities.
- You lead the design & implementation of the Intelligence Hub Platform.
- You are able to keep the product scope in line with the business and data strategy.
- You prepare budgets and stay in control of all platform related costs.
- You actively drive change management by evangelizing, communicating and organizing training inside the organization.
- You guarantee a qualitative delivery in line with agreed timing and budget.
- You empower and enable your customers through data literacy programs and self-service.

**Product Development**
- You secure the demand intake process and prioritize the product backlog with the team, being responsible for the end-to-end delivery for the Data Platform.
- You ensure that the product backlog is updated, and the user stories are in a ready state for development.
- You help in establishing short and long-term data domain product roadmaps.
- You are able to lead projects from feasibility study until closure.
- You are able to create close collaboration and answer questions from the development team during the development phase.
- You are able to set milestones and track the progress towards the release of a product.
- You make an aftercare structure available for your products.
- You are able to capture best practices and increase the data maturity within your domain.
- You demonstrate good communications and negotiation skills as you also need to interact with suppliers.
- You work closely together with CT Data Governance Manager and the corresponding Data Domain Stewards.
- You will report to the Head of Data Domain.

You will be located in Wilrijk, Belgium. Travel will be required occasionally.

**Experience**
- You have a university degree in business, engineering, economics, informatics or equal by experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a large industrial organization and with stakeholder management, business requirement analysis and design.
- You are able to translate business requirements into functional deliverables for the development team.
- Experience in SQL, Databricks, Power BI among other data components in Azure are strong assets.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills seeking the center stage
- You have self-drive and passion
- You have a proactive attitude and always strive for continuous improvement
- You are able to cooperate with different levels in the organization, with different people and cultures
- You understand the dynamics of change management
