**Location**:Belgium

**Main purpose of the role**
- Initial and main focus at the existing Colt Core nodes:

- All appointed installation and testing tasks required in order to deliver Colt Core and customer services according to the Colt high quality standards.
- Provide technical support to the Operations Teams.
- Installation and Testing of Colt services at Carrier Hotels, Data Centers and occasionally at Customer Sites.

**Key tasks and accountabilities**
- Installation and testing of Voice/IP/data services on hardware from different manufacturers.
- Build and commissioning of backbone equipment (Packet /Optical) for IQNET capacity expansion in Colt network hubs and strategic buildings.
- Cabling, patching & labeling.
- Guarantee the daily business quality of the Field/Node responsibilities by:

- Performing and maintaining all appointed activities within the expected quality, professional and security rules.
- Supporting a constructive collaboration and teamwork mindset, focused on solutions and first time right.
- Keeping a clean and save Installation/node environment.
- Participating and embracing all audit, quality & efficiency programs, projects & changes in order to deliver a best in class service.

- Good Colt Network experience.
- In depth Knowledge & Experience on Colt IP/TX/Voice technologies, equipment and testing.
- Excellent knowledge of the most used Systems like OHS, Siebel, XNG, XTRAC, POM, MS Office, MS Teams etc
- In depth Knowledge & Experience of national and international Service Delivery processes.

Academic & professional qualifications
- Technical professional education.
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English.
