**The Opportunity**
As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in organizing and planning campus recruitment events, such as information sessions and career fairs. You will engage in the recruitment process for junior positions at Worldline and support our employer branding initiatives on campus.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Help on and for campus recruitment events, including on-campus information sessions and career fairs.
- Engage in recruitment for junior positions within Worldline and log the process in our ATS.
- Prepare promotional materials and presentations for recruitment events.
- Contribute to developing and promoting the employer brand on campus through social media and branding materials.
- Assist in gathering testimonials and success stories from current interns or employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation (SharePoint).
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
**Who Are We Looking For**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in prompting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in recruitment, marketing, or event planning (preferred but not required).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
