Functie Wat doe je als Recruitment Specialist? • Je zoekt actief naar getalenteerde professionals binnen een bepaald vakgebied via diverse kanalen. • Dankzij jouw persoonlijke aanpak neem je de kandidaat mee op sleeptouw en help je hen bij het maken van de juiste keuze bij een toekomstige job. • Als careercoach begeleid je de kandidaat doorheen de verschillende fasen van het sollicitatieproces. • Met de nodige durf en sales-technische skills pitch je de kandidaat telefonisch bij klanten en prospects. • Je bent de recruitment partnervoor bedrijven waar jullie mee samenwerken. • Je gebruikt jouw interviewskills om de kandidaat face to face of digitaal te leren kennen. Als recruitment specialist bouw je mee aan het CTRL-F verhaal in jouw regio. Je vormt met de gepaste kwinkslag en professionaliteit de ontbrekende schakel tussen kandidaten en klanten. Je doet dit enerzijds door klanten bij te staan in het vinden van nieuwe talenten en het geven van HR-advies. Anderzijds door mee te bouwen aan het groeipad van kandidaten en hen van een nieuwe uitdaging te voorzien. Tijdens een dagelijkse briefing met jouw collega's wordt de focus van de dag gelegd. Na de grondige search op de verschillende jobboards en de ontmoeting met de kandidaat giet je het profiel in een selectierapport. Met de nodige sales - technieken, neem je het heft in handen en pitch je de kandidaat telefonisch naar klanten. Samen met de kandidaat leg je contact met bedrijven en ga je resultaatgericht opzoek naar opportuniteiten en de juiste match met een bedrijf.
