Mission
- As a Recruitment & Account Specialist, you oversee the entire recruitment cycle for your dedicated projects in the energy/engineering sector
- You will work closely with the HR-manager to guide ‘your’ consultants through their career at Syngenia
- You maintain your expertise in keeping and developing your client portfolio.
- You develop your technical knowledge on your own initiative in order to become a specialized key contact for your clients
- You actively contribute to the development of the recruitment strategy
Profile
- You have a Bachelor or Master's degree with an affinity for the human resources
- You have at least 3 years' experience as a recruiter with a basic technical knowledge in the engineering field
- You are fluent in Dutch and you are able to work in French (verbal and written). A good level of English is an asset
- Result-oriented and a real team player
- Pro-active and take initiatives in order to meet deadlines
