As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT Recruitment Officer to strengthen our internal recruitment team.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will lead and manage the recruitment process for IT consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.
You will collaborate closely with account managers to understand and stay informed on hiring need, project requirements, project timelines and client expectations.
Your Profile
You have a ''can-do'' attitude and the determination to open even the toughest doors.
You have at least 6 months / 1 year of experience in recruitment, (ideally within the IT or technology sector.)
You have a solid understanding of IT business models linked to outsourcing environments.
You have fluency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
You have a naturally driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset - you're a true hunter.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships.
You have a strong affinity for technology and a keen interest in the IT landscape.
You have the ability to stay focused and perform under pressure, even when working with tight deadlines.
You have the resilience and ambition to thrive in a competitive environment and see every challenge as an opportunity.
