We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic colleague to join our HR team in the Brussels office.

The position

As HR Officer you will be a contact person for our internal clients (employees and self-employed lawyers) on HR related questions, and will work with the team on a wide range of HR activities:

- Global mobility: You will be the contact person for managing colleagues movements (Client Secondments / international office Secondments) and liaise with the relevant departments to make the Secondment happen;
- Talent management: You will be an important team member helping organising the Brussels office appraisals and professional development of colleagues;
- Recruitment: You will be responsible for a number of recruitment processes for legal and administrative staff;
- Create and update HR reports and update internal databases (Workday). Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analysing data;
- Support lawyers and other colleagues with any local HR related matter;
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding for team members;
- Review HR processes, update them and participate in HR projects;
- Proactively identify opportunities for continued development and improvement of the HR function.

**Profile**:

- You have a Masters' degree in HR or Business Management (or equivalent relevant experience);
- You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in HR Roles, a plus if it is in the legal sector;
- You are fluent in English (our working language) and in French or Dutch;
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel and Power Point); and previous Workday experience is a plus;
- You are self-learner, reliable, flexible, job conscious and willing to help;
- You are enthusiastic, analytical, organised and able to work both in a team and autonomously;
- You have good time management skills and a attention to detail approach.
