For this we rely on our HR experts to implement, reorient or take HR to the next level at companies. Our activities are divided into "4 Pillars": - HR Interim Management: Provide temporary support (Recruiters, HR Officers, HR BPs, HR Managers...) to companies. - HR Project Management: Help companies get HR projects on track - HR Consultancy: training, workshops, management support are just a few examples of what we offer. - Talent Acquisition Since we are already growing strongly, we are now eagerly looking for new HR talent to join our team But what does that entail exactly, being an Account Manager & Sourcer ? **Description**: **What’s your mission?** - Through qualitative screenings (both CV-oriented and via the telephone) and engaging face to face interviews you actively support the screening process for major clients and projects. - You inquisitively search job sites, identify and contact talents for the various functions you’ll be responsible for. - You take the necessary actions to attract talents within our fields through networking, use of recruitment tools and social media, participation in job fairs, contacting young graduates, etc. - You ensure a qualitative and correct follow-up of the recruitment process. **Requirements**: **Who are you?** - You have a first experience in recruitment and selection. - You are a born hunter and specialist when it comes to digital hunting. - Your **Dutch **is flawless and you have a very good knowledge of **French **and **English**. - You are an excellent communicator and you are able to establish contacts easily. - You are a result-oriented problem solver and you are not afraid to take initiative. - You have a good grip on MS Office. - You are autonomous, flexible and proactive in your approach. **Offer**: **What’s in it for you?** - The opportunity to work in a fast-growing sector where your skills and potential make all the difference. - A high-performance and dynamic work environment, combining a high level of expertise and collegiality, within a team of HR experts who share the same passion as you. - The chance to participate in exciting challenges and projects. - The opportunity to quickly take initiative and responsibility in a growing company, so we can define your development together. - A salary in line with your experience, fringe benefits and a bonus system based on objectives.
