**Functie**
- Verzamel en interpreteer testgegevens om problemen te identificeren, processen te optimaliseren en een continu proces te stimuleren verbeteringen.
- Coachen productiemedewerkers bij nieuwe procesontwikkelingen / aanpassingen
- Ondersteuning van dagelijkse werkzaamheden in productie (bijv. troubleshooting)
- Nauw samenwerken met de R&D afdeling aan de ontwikkeling & industrialisatie van nieuwe producten (end-toend engineering)
- Plan en implementeer veiligheidsprogramma's
- Meewerken aan operationele groepsactiviteiten en werkteams
- Rapporteren aan de Manager Operations
**Functie-eisen**
- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma Mechanica
- Je bent leergierig en een doorzetter; je denkt graag out of the box, je neemt initiatief en zet door groei (zowel voor de organisatie als voor jezelf) voorop.
- Je toont een hands-on, dynamische, volwassen en resultaatgerichte instelling.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden, respecteert deadlines en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler, die plezier en gelach binnen het team kan waarderen.
- Je bent een goede communicator en je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en Duits zou een voordeel zijn.
