The Athena 2 Program is aiming to replace current Legacy ERP & ERP Satellite systems as well as to deliver new solutions to address current and future business needs. It is the transformation of our Quote to Cash (QTC) solutions and transitioning to a more customer centric QTC solutions and operating model.

**About the role**

The Athena-2 Service Master Data Lead will support the ERP business transformation into SAP S4 Hana.

This individual will work closely with the Business, cross-functional stakeholders and SME’s to ensure BDX EMEA Technical Service relevant Data is reflecting correctly in the ERP system and is of high quality.

The individual will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to give inputs and make sure the TS requirements are implemented, meeting the business objectives and requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As TS master data lead, you will be responsible for Data extraction and collection, Data validation, Data Cleansing and Data loading of 4 main objects:

- Equipment Master
- Service Contracts
- Service Warranties
- Service Pricing
- Close collaboration with the Deloitte Data SPOC (Single point of contact) and business stakeholders
- Develop a data profiling and cleansing plan to identify pain points regarding data quality
- Actively drive data cleansing meetings and report out to the leadership
- Work closely together with the business SMEs to resolve data quality gaps early
- Drive MDL (Master data load) cycles with regards to the Tech Service Objects and report out on progress
- Collaborate with your IT (TGS) counterpart to make sure the SAP data flows to the downstream systems (e.g. ServiceMax)
- Validation of loaded data in downstream systems to see if the receiver’s data matches the source
- Creation of new service materials (DIEN materials) (e.g. for new service contract flavours)
- You make sure all relevant Service materials (Spare Parts, Flat Fees, Instruments, ) are represented in the AML (Active Material List)
- Involvement in general MDG (Master Data Governance) processes for new material creation
- Provide inputs to other streams on Technical service related materials (e.g. batch management, Serialization, Inventory loads, ) and you’re responsible to have the required Customer Master Data available for Technical Service
- Provide Training to data providers on TS owned fields
- Execution of Composite Roles (Security setup related) in S4

**Requirements**:

- You have a Master degree in Economics or a Bachelor’s Degree with some first experience in the field;
- You have strong analytical skills and like data
- You have strong Excel analysis, PowerPoint skills;
- You possess strong facilitation, influencing and supporting skills;
- You’re a team player
- You are able to deal with ambiguity**,** are a continuous and versatile learner and are Self-motivated.
