**Athena 2 Program: Mission & Purpose**:
The Athena 2 Program is aiming to replace current Legacy ERP & ERP Satellite systems as well as to deliver new solutions to address current and future business needs. It is the transformation of our Quote to Cash (QTC) solutions and transitioning to a more customer centric QTC solutions and operating model.

**About the role**:
**In this role you will be l**eading on the data migration needs from legacy information systems to the new solutions (S/4 and Manhattan), overseeing and ensuring delivery of all aspects of data analysis, mapping and transfer and owning the quality of the migrated data and the validity of the migration processes and operation, throughout the entire lifecycle of the Program particularly during testing, cutover and go-live.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate with the Customer Facing & Shared Services workstreams the identification of data relevant for operating the business.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain workstreams to ensure the full availability of relevant data for running the business.
- Identify the data SME of the sub-workstream to perform data migration activities and lead them through the different phases of the project. Assess the team capacity to perform these tasks.
- Identify the data migration impact of all proposed changes on the Customer Facing & Shared Services operations.
- Define the master data and data migration strategy for the Program.
- Lead the Master Data and Data Migration team, comprised by both Information Technology Systems teams (BD and Deloitte) and Business teams (BD).
- Coordinate the review of any gap and propose a solution for data migration during the solution design phase.
- Support Business & Process Enablement Data SME in creating cleansing plan and track execution of the plan vs the agreed completion level per Data load.
- Support the mapping and data profiling exercises.
- Ensure robust validation plans are in place for each data load by data object.

**About you**:

- Understanding of processes of the customer operations, finance, procurement and/or technical services and data requirements in the medical technology industry.
- S/4HANA usage knowledge.
- Ability to effectively coordinate teams.
- Highly effective cross-functional team interaction.
- Attention to the details.
- High communication capabilities.
- Possibility to travel to different locations within EMEA region.
