**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Lead to join our EMEA organization. In this role, you will proactively identify and lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the supply chain. Leveraging Lean principles and project management expertise, you will drive impactful change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
A key part of your mission will be to deploy the Supply Chain Strategy through BD Excellence, our Lean transformation program, embedding continuous improvement into the fabric of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement using Lean methodologies to deliver on Cash, Cost, and Service targets, particularly in the non-operational area: planning, order fulfillment, finance,...
- Lead cross-functional supply chain improvement projects from ideation through execution.
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams across supply chain, finance, operations, logistics, and other departments to align and execute improvement efforts.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and Lean Six Sigma activities to drive engagement and innovation.
- Steer and coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Expand and embed the BD Excellence culture by animating the EMEA BD Excellence community, delivering targeted training and coaching, and serving as a regional ambassador to inspire and align teams around Lean principles and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in continuous improvement and/or supply chain roles.
- Hands-on experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools, including Kaizen facilitation, preferably supported by certification in relevant fields.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with strong influencing skills; experienced in presenting business cases and leading steering committees.
- Curiosity or practical experience with automation and AI technologies to enhance supply chain performance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Growth mindset and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and performance tracking.
