We’re looking for a** Group** **Business Controller** to join our ambitious and dynamic Group Finance Team. This is your opportunity to work with top-tier professionals, contribute to exciting projects, and elevate your career.
**Your Mission**:
As our Business Controller, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and risk management while supporting our strategic goals. Your expertise will strengthen our Group Finance team and provide critical insights that impact decisions across multiple countries.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Analyze business plans, cash flows, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Advise on budget creation, financial analysis, and forecasting to ensure optimal execution of the company’s budget.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of operations, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
- Prepare quarterly management reports using Key Financial and Performance Indicators (KFIs & KPIs).
- Collect and analyze financial data across countries to assess and report on the company’s financial health.
- Monitor risk exposure within our development portfolio to safeguard long-term success.
- Maintain and enhance financial and operational data systems.
- Drive process improvements, better reporting, and system integration using your analytical and digital skills.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of FP&A and contribute as a key member of a young and energetic team.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- ** Experience**: 5-7 years of relevant work experience (e.g., Controlling, Audit, etc.).
- ** Languages**: Fluency in English and Dutch or French. Proficiency in all three is a strong asset.
- ** Skills**:
- Exceptional analytical abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Real estate or construction/development experience is a bonus.
- ** Personality**:
- A team player with a self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and thrives under deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Confident communicator who can challenge and discuss assumptions across all levels.
