Functieomschrijving

Tasks and Responsibilities include
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting's (Actuals, Forecast & Budget) for the [PIAS] Group: turnover, margins, overhead costs, marketing costs, distribution costs
- Perform key financial controls and processes and implement recommendations
- Assist on the Statutory Consolidation of the [PIAS] Group
- Assist in performing in depth analysis to support the business in their decisions, and provide timely feedback on their specific queries
- Support Finance Team in Ad-hoc projects

Profiel
- Experience in a Financial Audit or Controlling function (min 2 years of experience)
- Master Degree in Finance, Management
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French; trilingual is an asset
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Analytical mindset, details oriented
- Pro-active, flexible, skeptical mindset and dynamic team player
- Able to cope with a changing environment
- Eager to deliver high quality results
- Capable of understanding complex business models
- Goal-setting & time management
- Passionate about music

- De methodes en procedures voor boekhoudkundige controle bepalen of invoeren
Hun toepassing controleren en aanpassingen voorstellen
- De onregelmatigheden of onjuistheden die werden vastgesteld tijdens onderzoeken of controles identificeren en bekendmaken
- Audits uitvoeren (opzoeken van boekhoudkundige documenten, controle van de toegepaste werkingsregels, ontmoeting met de betrokken medewerkers,...)
- De regelmatigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de uitgevoerde operaties controleren
De financiële toestand van de organisatie controleren
