The Center of Excellence (CoE) “Group Strategy and M&A” is there to
- lead the company-wide thought process for and the definition of the strategic vision
- answer Key Strategic Questions (KSQs) and work on special strategic projects
- ensure strategic alignment amongst all stakeholders and cascade the strategic priorities

Within the CoE, the Center of Excellence “Residential market strategy, Digitalization & Innovation” specifically focusses on (1) providing a strategic framework for the mass-market activities of the Proximus Group, (2) the strategic aspects around digitalization & customer experience and (3) coordinating the innovation framework, specifically focusing on creating new growth activities.

To support us in our activities, we are searching for a Strategy Consultant (M2) to work on a variety of strategic projects and to support internal stakeholders (Leadership team, Tribe leads, other CoEs,) on strategic topics.

Accountabilities
- You mobilize and lead cross-functional project teams to bring answers to complex strategic questions and to bring our digital transformation roadmap into execution
- You participate in the development, communication & execution of our annual strategic planning exercises. You ensure close collaboration with all stakeholders across the company
- You support in the presentation & cascading of the strategy so that all employees, stakeholders, partners,understand the plan & know how they can contribute to the realization of it.
- As trusted advisor you provide thought-leadership & contribute to the development of an insights-driven, analytical culture in the company.
- You study the industry trends and market dynamics. You think in scenarios and see patterns in complex situations. You are constantly looking for best practices in other countries and in industries.

Profile

- You work autonomously and are at ease with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- You challenge the status quo and are passionate about the challenges and opportunities related to technology & innovation.

Background
- Master degree in (Applied) Economics, Engineering or Business Administration
- Proven knowledge/experience in the telecommunication or media industry (or in industries with similar challenges)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a top tier strategic consulting firm (or demonstrable equivalent)
- Fluent in English and at least a working knowledge of French and Dutch
