We are looking for a Creative Studio Traffic & Production Manager to provide comprehensive support to the Head of Creative Studio to manage the creative studio process and team to deliver all digital and brand marketing assets for the North & South Europe clusters. You will be the key point of contact for cluster teams and the creative studio design and production teams to manager all input and output of the studio.

Please note this role is a six month fixed term contract

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Traffic management:

- Develop effective briefing templates for all content and brand asset production to ensure efficiency in production and excellence in creative delivery
- Receive all briefs from studio and cluster teams for content and asset production and ensure all information is complete and clear, reviewing where efficiencies can be generated and clarifying all needs
- Implement and work with project management software to effectively manage studio workflow & track all levels of production of projects managed by the creative studio
- Assign tasks and check the statuses of all production items daily, working with the creative team to prioritise tasks and deliver on time
- Manage the schedules of designers and copywriters, assigning tasks and managing process to deliver projects on time and to budget
- Manage timesheets and invoicing for studio freelancers and agencies
- Support the head of studio to identify and fill any resource gaps in line with project calendar
- Maintain a database of creative freelancers and agencies

Production management:

- Lead the development and delivery of digital content toolkits for North and South clusters
- Work in partnership with the global studio and creative team to identify opportunities to leverage content and assets across clusters
- Build and manage the production calendar for digital content and brand assets in line with the brand marketing, eCommerce and sell in calendars
- Lead the relationships with key partners and agencies for translations and PDP shoots
- Work with the brand assets manager to ensure all content needs are included in shoot briefs and final brand asset toolkit deliveries
- Work with designers to maintain and share a library of all content specifications for briefs, including owned, paid, and partner formats

About You:

- University Degree or formal training in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a global, branded consumer environment, ideally within a creative studio or production team
- Experience in managing the end to end creative studio production process, working with design and production teams
- Knowledge of standard digital media formats and experience in toolkit production
- Detail oriented and strong organisational skills
- Experience with an iconic brand - apparel, youth or entertainment industry.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must
- Strong team player
- Previous experience in working in a global vs local set-up is a must
- Previous experience in working with agencies is desirable
- Strong analytical, negotiating and influencing skills
- Cross functional interaction is key to make success.
