Welcome to **Holiday Inn Brussels Airport** a modern Swedish-style hotel with 310 guest rooms, 18 meeting rooms, and outdoor event spaces. The **Reservation and**Guest Service Expert**is responsible for helping customers with various questions about our hotel and services plus the administrative flow from incoming reservations. You work from Monday to Friday during business hours on-site and/or from home (1 day per week). You start your day with a set daily checks and tasks in our Property Management System - Opera, and will continue to handle reservations for both individual guests and leisure groups. You have a heart for hospitality and are eager to help customers by emphasizing their needs. You are able to anticipate with the best suitable solutions for every problem.

- **Team Player**: You thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- **Administration and Organizational skills** : you demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks, schedules, and documentation to support smooth operations.
- **Availability**: we are looking for someone to start around **October 2025**. You are available to work full-time or 4/5.
