**The leading company for VIP chauffeured services in Belgium, with a national and Worldwide coverage, and offices in Brussels, Paris and covering other cities, searches a new team member for its operations department.

The company, established in 1990 in Brussels, provides premium chauffeured transportation in Belgium and outside Belgium to local and international customers. The company is in process of expansion and needs to complement its Operations Team with an additional **Customer Service Assistant **.

**Description de la fonction**
- International reservations (booking system)
- Communication with chauffeurs and international suppliers (affiliate relations)
- Price quotations and calculation of tenders (pricing)
- Service control / chauffeur planning (dispatching)
- Handling of urgencies and last minute bookings
- Proactively ensuring the service quality and avoiding incidences.

**Description du profil**
- Personal skills- Self-organized and reliable person
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) in different languages (see below)
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Good team worker
- Stress resistant and experienced in customer communication.
- Professional skills, experiences- Familiar with MS office Word/Excel/Outlook
- Commercial minded and customer service experience
- Languages

Fluent in **English **and **French **or Dutch is a plus.

Willing to sometimes travel abroad
