Le leader belge des services de chauffeurs VIP, avec une couverture nationale et mondiale et des bureaux à Bruxelles, Paris et dans d'autres villes, recherche un nouveau membre pour son département des opérations.

Fondée en 1990 à Bruxelles, la société propose des transports haut de gamme avec chauffeur en Belgique et à l'étranger à une clientèle locale et internationale. L'entreprise est en pleine expansion et a besoin d'un assistant de service à la clientèle supplémentaire pour compléter l'équipe des opérations.

Overzicht verantwoordelijkheden
- Internationale reserveringen (reserveringssysteem)
- Communicatie met chauffeurs en internationale leveranciers (relaties)
- Prijsopgaven en berekening van offertes (pricing)
- Servicecontrole / chauffeursplanning (dispatching)
- Afhandeling van spoedgevallen en last minute boekingen
- Proactief toezien op de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en het voorkomen van incidenten.

Profiel van de kandidaat:
Persoonlijke vaardigheden
- Zelf georganiseerd en betrouwbaar persoon
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (gesproken en geschreven) in verschillende talen (zie hieronder)
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en het vermogen om te multitasken en te werken in een snelle omgeving
- Goede teamwerker
- Ervaren in klantcommunicatie.
