FUNCTIE
- Als Payroll Officer kom je terecht in een gedreven en ervaren team dat de correcte en tijdige loon
- en personeelsadministratie. Dankzij jouw komst kan de dienstverlening nog verder optimaliseren en kan jij daarin je eigen rol opnemen en verder ontwikkelen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte afhandeling van het hele payrollproces voor de aan jou toegewezen medewerkers.
- Je beheert de tijdsregistratie en personeelsadministratie.
- Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte uitbetaling van de lonen.
- Je brengt de personeelsdossiers in orde en houdt deze ook up to date.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt om individuele vragen van medewerkers te beantwoorden.
- Je volgt de sociale wetgeving op en zoekt allerhande documenten van HR-gerelateerde topics op en vult deze in. Alsook sociaal juridische onderwerpen ondersteunen, zowel administratief als door jouw kennis en expertise.

PROFIEL
- Je hebt een Bachelor diploma in personeelszaken (of gelijkaardig).
- Je hebt reeds een aantal jaar ervaring binnen payroll en sociale wetgeving.
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van het Nederlands.
- Je bent leergierig en hands-on.
- Je bent klantgericht
- Je denkt actief mee om het bedrijf te helpen groeien, processen te verbeteren,...
- Discretie staat bij jou voorop.
- Je bent stressbestendig maar tegelijk ook communicatief sterk.
- Je hebt oog voor structuur en detail.
