**Payroll Officer**.
**Taken**:
Als **Payroll Officer**:
- Zorg je, samen met je collega's, voor de **loon
- en personeelsadministratie** van 800 medewerkers.
- Sta je in voor de volledige **payroll** voor een 300-tal medewerkers.
- Krijg je de kans om de **payrolldienst** mee **uit te bouwen**, te **optimaliseren** en **verbetervoorstellen** te doen.
- Werk je mee aan **HR-projecten**.
- Ben je het **aanspreekpunt** van de medewerkers binnen het bedrijf.
- Ben je bereid om je 1 maal per maand te verplaatsen naar de verschillende sites:
- Sint-Truiden
- Lier
- Groot-Bijgaarden
**Profiel**:
Als **Payroll Officer**:
- Ben je in het bezit van een **HR-gerelateerd diploma**.
- Heb je praktische kennis van **sociale wetgeving**.
- Beschik je over **relevante ervaring** in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Herken je jezelf in de volgende zaken: je bent **hands-on**, je werkt **nauwkeurig**, je bent** communicatief**, je bent **stressbestendig**.
