**Responsibilities**:
- **Purchasing processes**:
- Responsible for high quality P2P process in order to reach sustainable level of plant(s) operational activity
- Manages team workload
- Make analysis to propose process improvement projects
- Evaluate option to simplify process with buyers
- Develop dashboard to monitor efficiency of transactional team
- Supports buyers in prioritizing daily activities
- Work to minimize the total cost of transactions
- Ensures POs created aligned with preferred suppliers and contracts negotiated by category managers/leads, procurement & warehouse managers/leads
- **Leadership**:
- Leads transactional team and manages their performance
- Track KPI’s to improve speed of the process
- **Stakeholders**:
- Works with the category managers/leads, procurement & warehouse managers/leads
- Cooperates with users to fit to their needs
- Collaborate with supplier accounting department
Key Competencies
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transactional management and university degree
- English (min. Level C1) - French (min. Level B1)
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM
- Experience of collaboration with Account Payable team
- Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and basic understanding of supply chain management
- Ability to manage entire order to payment process
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to forge internal customer/ external supplier relationships
- Ability to comply with new processes within the organization.
- Strong communication skills
- Manage, develop, retain team members
- Resilience to work under pressure
- Continuous improvement knowledge and mindset
- ERP experience and ability to master end to end P2P activities
