Confidentieel- Voor een van onze klanten in Antwerpen zoeken wij een freelance Procurement Officer om hun aankoopafdeling te ondersteunen. Relevante ervaring is mooi meegenomen maar ook als junior kom je zeker in aanmerking.- Jobinhoud- De organisatie van sourcingdossiers in samenwerking met een intern multidisciplinair team.
- Het maken van inkoopafspraken met bestaande en nieuwe suppliers.
- Risicobeheer consequent in kaart brengen voor elke bestaande en nieuwe supplier.
- Voeren van (her)onderhandelingen.
- Supplier
- en evaluatiemanagement.
- TCO calculaties.
- Het analyseren van kosten en mogelijke besparingen.
- Het verwerken van orders in het ERP systeem Fusion, en bewaken van de volume-afspraken en raamcontracten.
- Het bijdragen aan het vormgeven van de procurement afdeling en hebt idealiter reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Profiel- Je deed bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring op in procurement.
- Het vlot kunnen werken met ERP systemen en Excel is een pluspunt.
- Intern en extern netwerken schrikt je niet af.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je streeft ernaar om je harde en zachte competenties voortdurend te verbeteren door het volgen van opleidingen en middels persoonlijke coaching.
- Aanbod- Voltijdse of 4/5 freelance opdracht van meerdere maanden
